We offer two premium Caribbean-inspired beverages:
- King's Born: Non-alcoholic spiced sorrel beverage (available for shipping)
- Crimson High: Cannabis-infused spiced sorrel (available at NJ dispensaries only)

While we strive for accuracy, product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse service.

3. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.

Pricing: All prices are in US dollars and subject to change. We are not responsible for pricing errors.

Payment: Payment is processed securely through our payment processor. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize charges for your purchases.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

King's Born: Ships to 48 continental United States. Please refer to our Shipping Policy page for detailed information about delivery times, costs, and geographic restrictions.

Crimson High: Available ONLY at select New Jersey dispensaries. Cannot be shipped or purchased online. Visit our dispensary locator to find retail locations.

Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for shipped products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Damaged or Lost Shipments: Report damaged or lost shipments within 48 hours of expected delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

5. AGE REQUIREMENTS

Our products are recommended for adults 21+. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this age recommendation. We may require age verification for certain orders.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Refer to our Refund Policy for complete details. Generally:
- Unopened products may be returned within 30 days
- Opened products cannot be returned due to health regulations
- Damaged products will be replaced at no cost

7. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use this Site to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Transmit harmful code or viruses
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
- Resell products without authorization

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Farmers & Delis LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Farmers & Delis LLC.
