At Farmers & Delis, we offer two premium Caribbean-inspired beverages, each with its own availability:

- **King's Born**: Ships nationwide to your door
- **Crimson High**: Available at NJ dispensaries only (no shipping)

## KING'S BORN - NATIONWIDE SHIPPING

### SHIPPING ZONES

We currently ship King's Born to the 48 continental United States.

Not Available: Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories

(We are working to expand our shipping zones. Join our email list to be notified when we ship to additional locations.)

### PROCESSING TIME

Orders placed by 12:00 PM EST ship the same business day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST ship the next business day.

We process orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

### DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after shipment
(Business days = Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)

Tracking Information: You will receive tracking details via email as soon as your order ships. Track your package at any time through the link in your shipping confirmation email.

### SHIPPING COSTS

We offer transparent, flat-rate shipping:
- 1 Bottle: $12
- 2-3 Bottles: $15
- 4-6 Bottles: $18
- 7-11 Bottles: $22

**FREE SHIPPING:** Orders of $100 or more ship free!
(Approximately 4-5 bottles at standard pricing)

### PACKAGING

Your King's Born beverages are carefully packed in protective wine shippers to ensure safe delivery. Our 750ml glass bottles are premium quality and packaged to arrive in perfect condition.

Each shipment includes:
- Secure glass bottle protection
- Fragile handling labels
- Premium packaging materials
- Brand inserts and information

### DELIVERY

Carrier: USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground (selected for optimal delivery)

Signature: Not typically required, but may be requested for high-value orders

Delivery Location: Packages are delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure someone is available to receive, or provide a secure delivery location.

### TRACKING & UPDATES

Once shipped, you will receive:
1. Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
2. Tracking updates as package moves through delivery network
3. Delivery confirmation when package is delivered

### DELIVERY ISSUES

**Lost Packages:**
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:
1. Check with neighbors and building management
2. Verify the delivery address on your order
3. Contact us within 7 days at info@farmersdelis.com

We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue.

**Damaged Packages:**
If your order arrives damaged:
1. Take photos of the damaged product and packaging
2. Email info@farmersdelis.com within 48 hours
3. We will send a replacement immediately at no cost

**Wrong Item Shipped:**
If we shipped the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@farmersdelis.com. We will send the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

### DELIVERY DELAYS

While rare, delays can occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier disruptions
- Holidays
- High shipping volumes

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate your package.

### ADDRESS CHANGES

Need to change your shipping address?
- Before shipment: Contact us immediately at info@farmersdelis.com
- After shipment: Contact us and we'll attempt to redirect with the carrier (not always possible)

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to avoid issues.

### UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESSES

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address:
- We will contact you to confirm the correct address
- You will be responsible for reshipping costs
- Ensure your address is complete and accurate at checkout

### INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not currently ship internationally. We ship only within the 48 continental United States.

### WHOLESALE / BUSINESS ORDERS

PO Boxes: Accepted (USPS delivery only)
Military Addresses (APO/FPO): Accepted with standard shipping rates

### HOLIDAY SHIPPING

During peak holiday seasons:
- Order early to ensure delivery
- Allow extra time for processing and delivery

- We will communicate any delays promptly

### STORAGE AFTER DELIVERY

King's Born is best stored in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening and consume within recommended timeframe for optimal freshness.

### AVAILABILITY

Crimson High is a premium cannabis-infused beverage available exclusively through licensed New Jersey dispensaries.

Due to cannabis regulations, Crimson High:
- **Cannot be shipped**
- **Cannot be purchased online**
- Is only available for in-person purchase at dispensaries
