UNOPENED PRODUCTS
If you are not satisfied with your unopened purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Requirements:
- Product must be unopened and in original condition
- Original packaging intact
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Process:
1. Contact us at info@farmersdelis.com with your order number
2. Provide reason for return (optional but helpful)
3. We will provide return shipping instructions
4. Ship product back to our designated return address
5. Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receiving return
Return Shipping Costs: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or product defect.
OPENED PRODUCTS
Due to health and safety regulations governing food and beverage products, we cannot accept returns of opened bottles.
Exception: If the product is defective or does not meet quality standards, contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If your product arrives damaged or defective:
1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
2. Email info@farmersdelis.com with:
- Order number
- Photos of damaged product and packaging
- Description of the issue
3. We will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you
4. No need to return the damaged product unless we specifically request it
We stand behind the quality of every bottle and will make it right.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking shows delivery but you did not receive your package:
1. Check with neighbors and building management
2. Verify the shipping address on your order
3. Contact us at info@farmersdelis.com within 7 days
We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the situation.
REFUND METHOD
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase:
- Credit/debit card refunds: 5-10 business days to appear
- PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days
EXCHANGES
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product:
1. Return the original item following our return process
2. Place a new order for the desired product
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following cannot be refunded:
- Gift cards
- Opened beverage bottles (except for defects)
- Products returned after 30-day window
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are non-refundable except when:
- We made an error in your order
- Product arrived damaged or defective
- Wrong item was shipped
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received your refund after the stated timeframe:
1. Check your bank account again
2. Contact your credit card company (processing can take time)
3. Contact your bank
4. If still not received, email us at info@farmersdelis.com
